Children’s Activity Passport

In the blessed month of Ramadhan 2017, members at the local community centre came up with the idea to engage children in ‘walking the extra mile’ in activities of kindness. I designed the ‘Ramadhan Passport’ which had 20 acts of kindness. As children completed the acts of kindness, they came to the local ’embassy’ (a table that was set up at the centre) to collect stamps. At the end of the month, they turned in their passports, to apply for ‘visas’ and were rewarded with ‘visas’ and gifts on the day of Eid. The children loved the unique idea!
